Spring, Sprang, Sprung
Ohhhhh *Boy*..... My right foot you see..... the one I couldn't walk on this morning..... is black and blue and swollen on both sides.

Any chance you have a stress fracture from the speedwork?
ReplyDeleteI have a stressed something or another. Ligament if not a bone, probably. It's so weird. This is *bad* news.
